Frostella Patisserie started with one clear goal: create premium desserts that stand out in both quality and presentation.
Our journey began in Minnesota with wholesale ice cream. Working closely with businesses taught us the importance of consistency, dependable production, and products that customers genuinely want to come back for.
As the vision grew, Frostella expanded into French-inspired pastry. Training, testing, and refining our methods helped us build desserts that are visually memorable, technically precise, and made for real-world retail, event, and wholesale service.
